Meet Our Coaching Staff!

Cara Gauvin
Manager/Owner Cara opened Peak Performance in 2007. She has been a part of the cheer world for over 30 years. She is also the head of all the Rutland cheerleading programs.
Baylee Austin
Choreographer Baylee has been cheering at Peak since it opened. After 8 years of coaching, Baylee is expanding Peak to be more than just a cheer gym. She is our lead choreographer and is based in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Kayla Beaudry
Coach Kayla has been a part of our cheer family for many years. As she grew up, she became one of the most talented athletes to come out of our program, and an even better coach!
Kylee Poro
Coach Kylee grew up cheering at Peak. She cheered all stars and at Rutland High School. She works as a hairstylist in Manchester,VT. Kylee started taking on a bigger coaching roll through Rutland Middle School after graduating from RHS, and is excited to be coaching at Rutland and Peak this season!
Kristen Mallon
Photographer Kristen is our photographer here at Peak. As much as she loves to be behind the camera, it's hard to catch her in front of it! Kristen captures amazing photos of our athletes.
